One of the challenges of being home with your children during this difficult time can be a lack of exercise and movement. Being stuck in the house all day can create cabin fever and unrest throughout the day and night. It is important for your children to get as much physical activity as possible, not just for your own sanity but also to continue to promote a healthy lifestyle. It is great if your child is willing to practice their basketball skills for an extended period of time, but for some it isn’t that easy.
Each week we will send out age appropriate links to games or videos that you can try with your children to keep them active. We will send out a few options each week for each age group (as you may like one but not the other).
